• We would like to remind you that in the facility: - Smoking is prohibited for the safety of all guests and to avoid causing damage, as per current legislation - Requests for early check-in and/or late check-out must be made immediately, at the time of booking, to understand the availability and if there is, it is necessary to add a supplement to the booking of €40 for each request (early check-in €40 and late check-out €40) - I also remind you that your pets are welcome, but in a number not exceeding 1 small-medium sized pet, per apartment and with a supplement of €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100 for any damage and/or increased cleaning caused by the pet. - If the booking is for 2 guests, but 2 separate rooms are requested, a supplement of €10 per stay must be considered.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
