• Damage deposit: 500.00 THB - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Cash on checkout
• Breakfast is available for an extra charge of USD 3. 1. Check-in time is 2.00p.m.- 11.00p.m. Early check-in costs 300THB and based on room availability. 2. Check-out time is 7.00a.m.-11 a.m. If the check out is earlier than 7.00a.m., please return the key and receive your key deposit by midnight before the check-out date. Late check-out will incur a charge of 500THB. 3. The deposit for keys and towel is 500THB per person. Other currencies/passport are accepted. The customer will get back this deposit upon they return the keys and the towel. 4. If you want to extend your stay, please inform the reception at least 10 hours before the new check-in date.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
