• Damage deposit: 100.00 NZD - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Please note that a valid photo ID and credit card are required on arrival. The credit card is required on arrival for which a pre-authorization will be required to cover any incidentals. Alternatively, a cash or Eftpos deposit of NZD£100 per day will be required as bond in addition the the total cost of your accommodation charges, with any extra refunded on departure. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that there is a 2.50% charge when you pay with a credit card. Payments made by cash or Eftpos do not incur transaction fees. Please note that a valid photo ID must be presented on check-in. A NZ drivers license, a valid foreign/local passport or a 18+ card are accepted only. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside of check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
