Girona is a 30-minute drive from A&A Brothers -The Apartments- Boutique and Chic, while Figueres is within an hour’s drive. Barcelona is 68 mi from the property. You can reach many of the Costa Brava’s beaches within 20 minutes by car. Platja d'Aro is 1.6 mi away. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all rooms booked will be located next to each other.

Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not allowed at this property. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are requested to avoid excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. A €500 damage deposit will be required. The property will charge this amount a few days before arrival via credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected. About pets: 1-. Please note, you must indicate before reservation to choose type of apartment: a) Number of dogs would you like reservate. b) Breed and age of your pet or pets. 2- Spain legislation requires pet owners must have contracted a liability insurance for the pet. You must send to the property manager a copy by mail. 3- Please note that the rate for pets is 35€ per day and animal. 4-The rate for special disinfection and anti-allergic 90 € per stay.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
