• All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them. The apartments are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days. The photos of the rooms are for guidance only. Each category includes a selection of several apartments. Reservations of 6 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation may be cancelled. The establishment reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel the stay if any guest shows unacceptable behavior. In case of early departure without justified urgent reasons, the establishment will charge the full amount of the stay. Parque Santiago is a quiet resort, so the noise level should be kept low after 22:00. The resort is carrying out a program of improvement of the rooms, so renovations will be carried out in different areas throughout the year. During this period, the works may cause a nuisance, although the establishment will make every effort to minimize noise and disruption to services. Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact information is included in the booking confirmation. This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar parties. No noise may be made from 22:00:00 to 08:00:00:00. Persons under 18 years of age can only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
