• Damage deposit: 800.00 EUR - collected via Other on checkin, refunded via Other on checkout
• Upon booking, the owner is responsible for contacting the guest to explain the next steps. No payment will be taken via Booking.com; the payment is made directly with the owner upon booking and the remaining balance on the day of arrival. Linen rental available (€20 per set of sheets and €8 per person for towels) OR can be brought by the guest. Final cleaning: €80 (OPTIONAL) – to be paid upon arrival and refunded on the day of departure if the guest has fulfilled their COMMITMENT TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY CLEAN. All arrivals after 8:00 PM must be reported in advance. A security deposit of €800 (by check, cash, or ID) must be provided upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after inspection. Please note: this rental is for an entire house, not a hotel room. Upon departure, trash must be taken out by the guest. If the barbecue is used, it must be left empty of ashes. The €80 cleaning fee MAY BE DOUBLED in case of tenant misconduct.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
