• Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card. All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of £35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate. BBQs are available for hire at the rate of £20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability. Our Villa Style accommodation WITHOUT Food and Beverage outlets is NOT mandated to scan My Vaccine Passes of guests while staying. However, scanning the Government QR Code Tracer App in the comfort of your Villa remains a government, requirement. This can be found in the Photo Frame on the desk in your Villa along with additional in house Covid-19 information. At Platinum the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. 100% of our team are fully vaccinated, and we take pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards to help protect all guests to the best of our ability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
