• Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 35 will apply for late check-out. Guests are required to clean the kitchen prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of EUR 20. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of EUR 100. Please note that additional guests will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per person per night. For stays of 7 days or longer, a light cleaning every 6-7 days is required, in accordance with our regular cleaning fee rate (30 EUR ) . Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a double cleaning fee.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
