• Additional rules: Only guests will be accepted who, after confirming the reservation, forward an official ID document (ID, driver's license or passport) to the host, in the 24 hours afterwards to the Booking reservation. In case check in happens within 24 hours of booking, documents must be submitted immediately. A seasonal rental agreement will be prepared by the host, which will be sent to the guest and must be signed (by digital means) before the check-in date and as a condition to enter the property. After confirming the reservation and payment, the landlord will send the guest a seasonal rental contract that must be digitally signed before the check-in date. Please let Apê Catete know your expected arrival time in advance.
