• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Due to the Tax Fraud Prevention Act, cash payments over €1,000 are not accepted. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and supplements may apply. Please note that the balcony is subject to availability for all room types. Please note that drinks are not included in meal plans. Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with current data protection regulations. Only dogs are allowed. The conditions are as follows: • Dogs carry a supplement of €12 per night and an additional cleaning fee of €25 per stay. • Maximum weight: 10 kg. • Pet accommodation includes a welcome box with the following items: 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml) - 1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml) - 15 Biodegradable Bags - 1 Bag Dispenser - 1 Healthy Snack Bag - 1 Play Ball • Pets are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in the wellness areas (swimming pool).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
