• To be paid no later than 1 week before your arrival: * A security deposit via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the accommodation booked. This preauthorization will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental. This period may be extended to three months, if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A “Household” security deposit via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the accommodation booked. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If all household tasks have not been fully or correctly carried out, this security deposit can be withheld. * The tourist tax will be charged on your credit card remotely, or can be paid by transfer or check. * Optional services. To spend your vacation in complete peace of mind, a range of à la carte services are offered to you by the reception upon arrival (to be reserved and paid in advance): - baby cot: €20 per stay if available - high chair: €20 per stay if available - minibox Wifi: €7/day or €39/week if available - linen (bedding – bath – kitchen): contact us directly The cleaning service is not included in the price of the stay and is not offered by the agency.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
