• Please note when booking for 2 people and using 2 beds, a supplement of 25 EUR will be charged. In order to finalize your reservation and guarantee your access to the accommodation, we remind you that the deposit must be paid no later than 48 hours before your arrival. ⚠️ Important: Without the payment of this deposit on time, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel your reservation in accordance with our general conditions. A surcharge of 100 EUR per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Smoking in the accommodation or common areas: €450 fine. Illegal activity (prostitution or drug sales): €1,000 fine. Disorder left in the accommodation: €200 fine. Guest not registered on the reservation: €100 fine per day. Parties in the accommodation: €1,000 fine. Pets in the accommodation: €500 fine. Damage to the accommodation's equipment: billed at the new price. Violations and fines may be combined.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
