• If upon arrival of the client at the hotel the ages of the children do not correspond to those indicated in the reservation, the hotel may request the difference, if applicable. Please note Air conditioning available from June to September. To book the All Inclusive in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program. Important note: If you do not show up or check out before the schedule date, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount of the reservation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
