• • On the day of arrival, an inspection of the property will be carried out together with the owner. • Before entering, it will be necessary to provide the ID or passport of all the people who will be staying. • The delivery of keys and check-in will be subject to the payment of the deposit and the total stay. • The tenant must sign a rental contract at the time of delivery of the keys in the apartment itself. • This contract will include: The duration of the stay; The costs involved (Deposit, Cleaning...). The terms and conditions of use of the apartment, among others. • The tenant must pay a deposit for stays of less than 2 months of €1,800 as a deposit to guarantee coverage of possible damage to the property or its contents. For stays of more than 2 months, the deposit will be €3,000. • The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days after the end of the contract, provided that: The property does not present any damage or defects and has been left clean and in good condition. • The apartment will be handed over clean and fully equipped. • The tenant must return the apartment in a clean, tidy state and free of rubbish. • If the apartment is not left in an adequate condition, additional costs will be incurred, in addition to the cost of the mandatory final cleaning. • The mandatory final cleaning costs €190, which will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the contract. • The number of guests cannot exceed the number indicated in the contract. If the number of people permitted is exceeded, a surcharge may be applied. • It is prohibited to make noise or cause disturbances between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. • In the event of breaching any of the prohibitions indicated, the contract will be terminated for breach, without the right to a refund of the amounts paid.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
