• A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals from 00:00 - 2:00 am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. -Late Check in from 9:00 pm - 00:00: 30€ -Late Check in from 00:00 - 2:00 am: 50€ All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Smoking is not allowed. The property may request a 300€ deposit prior to arrival as a guarantee. The deposit, paid with a debit or credit card, will be refunded after departure if the established accommodation rules are met and no damage to the property is identified.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
