From Luohu Subway Station (exit D), take the lift to the 3rd floor, turn left, walk pass the bridge and then turn right to the property. From Luohu Railway Station in West Plaza, walk into the pedestrian tunnel and then walk toward Heping Road. Please note that the property's 3P Floor with games room, sauna bar is currently under renovation until further notice. Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause. Limited to only 1 children that under 1.2 metres dine breakfast for free . Extra charges will apply if children above 1.2 metres wish to dine with their accompanying adults. From November 09 2018, the opening hours of the Executive Lounge are changed to 10:30-23:00. The Executive Lounge will stop serving breakfasts until further notice. Customers who booked executive rooms with breakfast can have breakfast at the Haizhizun Restaurant in the lobby from 7:00-10:00.This property reserves the right to release the room after 18:00 on the day of check-in.
