Please note that office hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 until 17:00. Saturday 09:00 until 16:00. Closed on Sunday and public holidays. Please note that check-in hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 14:00 until 17:00. Saturday: 14:00 until 16:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. For key collection by special arrangement after office hours or on a Sunday, an additional AUD 20 cash charge will apply. On public holidays this charge is AUD 30. A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address, driver's license number and credit card details. Please note that this property requires a minimum of AUD 200 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 14 working days of check out.
