Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of £80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
