• Please note that a minimum stay of 6 nights is required for each booking. Early termination is not allowed. Guests who wish to shorten their stay will not be given refund. Full payment is required upon check-in. For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be charged upon reservation made. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when check-in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel 7 days prior to your arrival: 1) an authorization letter indicating credit card information and the cardholder's signature 2) a copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of the card with cardholder's signature).
