• Pets are not allowed
• - Self-check-in from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. - A link will be sent to the hotel registration process, which is required by law. All guests must enter their ID or passport details. Supplements: - Late arrival: Arrivals after 9:00 PM will be charged a €30 supplement, regardless of whether they arrive in person or independently. - Early check-in: Arrivals before 5:00 PM will be charged a €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request). - Late check-out: Departures after 11:00 AM will be charged a €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request). Lockers: - Available for early arrival or to store belongings. A discount voucher is available after booking. Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for losses. Lost keys: - A €100 charge for each lost set of keys. Check-out time: - Late arrivals without prior notice carry a €50 surcharge per hour, charged through the booking platform. No smoking: - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A €100 penalty will apply for non-compliance. IMPORTANT: Follow the instructions and videos to avoid problems when accessing the property. Note: We are not responsible if access is impaired due to failure to follow the steps indicated in the listing.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
