• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• Please note that air conditioning is coin-operated, therefore comes as an additional cost (EUR 1, approximately 100 minutes). 3. The damage deposit of EUR 200 applies to a maximum of 1-4 people only and is adjusted to EUR 50 per person from the 5th person onwards. The deposit will be collected by credit or debit card and reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded via credit or debit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note after check-out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is EUR 200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which are paid in advance at the property on arrival. Please note monthly rates from September–May exclude utilities and monthly WiFi EUR 50. However, please keep in mind that this amount may vary depending on your consumption during your stay. Paid monthly in advance, adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Monthly utility bill costs: 2-Bedroom Units: EUR 160 (2 people), EUR 180 (3 people), EUR 200 (4 people), price adjustment according to final number of people 1-Bedroom & Studio Units: EUR 140 (2 people), EUR 160 (3 people), price adjustment according to final number of people This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The units are located on the lower ground floor. Some units do not have windows.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
