• The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card, before 3PM on the day of arrival. Guests are required to complete and submit an online hotel registration form with an attached copy of their government issued photo identification and the card used for the reservation, before 3PM on the day of arrival. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that the checkout time is 10:00. The guest making the booking must provide matching payment details and identification otherwise we may not be able to process the booking.
