• Pets are not allowed
• We will charge a late check-in fee of USD20 (cash only) from 20:00 to 22:00. Guests arriving after 22:30 will not be able to be accommodated due to no one being at the property to receive them. Please note that 13% taxes are not included in the rate. Please note that kids under 12 are not accepted at this property. Please note that the property parking lot is free to use but is outside the property. Parking is available outside the property in the street. Please note that we do not accept non-registered guests on site in any case, due to the intimacy of the place. The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount of the price of the reservation or a maximum of USD 150 at any time after booking. Our whole neighborhood is developing at the moment, and construction noise is taking place from 06:00–07:00 to 17:00 -19:00, except from December 20, 2024, through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise in the outside area. Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property next door, starting on January 6, 2025, until further notice, hopefully October 2025. We have a price lower than usual to make the rental more attractive. Please notice, we do not allow pets. Please notice that we do not allow smoking inside the rooms or at the veranda.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
