• A surcharge of 30 EUR applies for arrivals between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m. Check-in after 12 a.m. is subject to confirmation by the property. The departure from the apartment later than the maximum allowed time (11:00 a.m.) carries a penalty of 40 EUR for each hour of delay. Parking services are subject to availability. You must request it in advance with the property. Extra fee per night applies. This establishment has three apartments, two second-floor penthouses and one first-floor apartment, with the same layout but different decorative styles, so I ask interested clients to make sure that the apartment they want is the one they are booking before booking. Access to the apartments is via stairs and there is no lift. The private underground car park is only suitable for small vehicles.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
