• If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Bennetts Thermal Pools Motor Inn in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that Bennetts Thermal Pools Motor Inn does not accept payments made with American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Although the room rate may have been pre-paid, all guests must provide a valid credit card to confirm their reservation. The property reserves the right to request a security deposit of a minimum of £100 if a valid credit card is not provided. This security deposit may be used to cover any additional charges such as excessive cleaning, damage, or odors, and will be refunded after a room inspection upon check-out. Guests arriving after hours are required to notify us in advance to arrange for a late check-in. Please inform us by sending a message through Booking.com or by calling 07 578 5041 at least 3 hours prior to the reception's closing time. Payment must be completed before the office closes for late check-ins. Failure to do so may be considered a ‘No Show,’ and at least one night’s room rate will be charged. Please be aware that late after-hour calls may incur an additional fee of £50 NZDPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
