• • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house! • Pets are not allowed! • Parties are not allowed! • Respect this place, its cleanliness, and its belongings, just as they were when you arrived! • Do not leave any valuables in the accommodation! • If you use the "BZ", please let us know and let us unfold it! • The entrance key is a secure model, take care of it! • Do not touch the electricity meter or the boxes! • Let us know if you encounter the slightest problem! • Excessive use of water and electricity can result in additional charges in cases of obvious abuse! Before leaving, we ask that you: • Empty the refrigerator and cupboards of your personal belongings • Place used laundry in the transparent bin under the bathroom sink • Empty the trash into the containers outside • If you use the sofa bed, please let us fold it up • Leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived • Leave the premises by 11:00 a.m., and we will conduct an inventory together before your departureThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
