Guests who wish to send luggage to the hotel before check-in must indicate the following on the luggage: - Name of the Guest in English - Date of Arrival in English Please note that the Single Room with Shared bathroom has no bathroom or toilet. Bathrooms and toilets are shared and not equipped to the room itself. The hotel cannot accept luggage delivered more than 1 week prior to the check-in date. Note the hotel does not accept refrigerated or frozen products, and large luggage cannot be stored due to limited storage space. Please note smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
