Only persons registered on the booking are allowed to enter the accommodation. 🔇 Absolute respect for neighbors: noise pollution prohibited, particularly between 10pm and 8am. Any breach may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement. 🛠️ Any damage found will be invoiced up to the cost of repair or replacement. Please inform us immediately in the event of an accident. 🔒 Security system and access control in place (e.g. external camera, noise or smoke sensors) to guarantee safety and compliance with rules. To ensure the security of your accommodation and comply with our check-in procedures, we systematically require a copy of the lead guest's ID for each reservation.
