• Unfortunately in Italy the laws on tourist rentals are increasingly severe for HOSTS. Therefore: -we are obliged to collect data. To guarantee your privacy, we send a link, through which you can fill in the data yourself and after our check, they will be sent to the Police Headquarters and then self-destructed; -we are obliged to have a tourist rental contract signed, its basis is the reservation you made through the portal, which itself constitutes a contract; -we are obliged to request the data for the receipt and invoice (name and surname, email address, address, CF if resident in Italy). Thank you for your understanding. Check-in is only available until 8 pm; After 9 pm and in any case before 00 am, you will be asked for an additional cost for your check in. Our offices are open from 9 am to 10 pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
