Each room at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel features a seating area and LCD TV with satellite and cable channels. Balconies offer views of the Disney Resort or Tokyo Bay. Room service is available 24/7. A fitness room and a public bath with sauna are on site, and massages can be requested. The lobby has free-use internet PCs with a printer as well as free W-Fi. On-site luggage storage is available on the day of arrival prior to check-in. Designed like a luxury cruise liner, Café Toastina serves aromatic coffee and pastries. The indoor pool will be closed from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, to Tuesday, September 23, 2025, due to ceiling repair work. On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. The hotel does not guarantee admission to Disney parks.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
