• Please note that Diana's Luxury Accommodation does not accepting business credit card, the credit card has to match the address on the reservation and the ID presented at the property. Thank you very much Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. If proper identification cannot be provided, the host has the right to deny check-in. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to show the photo identification and credit card as per the reservation name it is made under upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note, guests paying by credit cards will be charged an extra 2%. Note: Diana's Luxury Accommodation doesn't accept third party payments. All guests must pay with their own credit cards that match their ID and address. Damage deposit will not be charged or hold, this will occur, just if there is a damage. The credit card information will be appearing on file but will be used just in case occurs the damage. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation only at the Check-in moment. Please note that the official check-in time is 2:00 PM up until midnight. Guests are free to drop off luggage ahead of check-in time. For early check-in, please reach out to the property. The payment will be processed by Diana's Luxury Accommodation. Credit cardholder must match guest name. Local tourists from 120km around Vancouver are not allowed to come to accommodation nor book the property. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Only Diana's Luxury Accommodation will collect payment for your reservations with cash, mastercard, visa or direct debit. The room #9 With be accesible only after 9 PM today local time, guest who book can stay inthe surroundings meanwhile.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
