• A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours, as follows: - EUR 20 from 17:00 until 20:00 - EUR 30 from 20:00 until 00:00 - EUR 50 from 00:00 until 08:00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
