• Guests must send passport photos of all occupants of the apartment through whatsapp to +39 338 749 3492 (active 24 hours) or through e-mail to reservation.venice@cadeicuori.it (limited access, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Without these documents, San Gregorio Venice Apartments reserves the right to not forward the check-in instructions and the access code. Check in time is between 3 pm to 7 pm. Guests must send the credit card details (number and expiration date) in order to charge the tourist city tax and it is also a guarantee in case of damages/incidentals in the apartment. San Gregorio Venice Apartments reserves the right to verify validity of your credit card making a pre-authorization. ASan Gregorio Venice Apartments reserves the right to charge credit card any damage found in the apartment at the departure of guests. Guests on arrival must immediately communicate through the application whatsapp any damage found in the apartment. The apartment must be left in order, the refrigerator must be emptied, dishes must be rinsed and put in the dishwasher. If food is found in the dishes or in the fridge or sink a penalty will be charged on your credit card. All guests must send us a valid cell phone number with whatsapp application in order to receive the check-in instructions. Child is free between 0 to 3 years old in the parent’s bed Any request related to the booking (cot, extra bed, early or late check in, extra sheets and towels, apartment cleaning, etc...) is subject to availability check and you will be informed of the supplement to pay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
