All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) have to be communicated to the accommodation with a notice of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€ For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€ Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible. All late check-in have to be approved by the accommodation. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation. Please note that the check-in and key collection takes place at c/o Alloggi SS Giovanni e Paolo, Barbaria de le Tole 6402, 30122 Venezia (500 m from the accommodation) Our property can not provide any service during the stay due to current laws in force.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
