Right next to the building, you’ll find a large Interspar supermarket (Via Torino 2), open daily from morning until evening—perfect for all your grocery needs. In about 15–20 minutes on foot, you can explore the M9 Museum – Museum of the 20th Century, a state-of-the-art interactive museum that combines modern architecture with immersive cultural experiences, plus a stylish café. The lively Piazza Ferretto, the historic heart of Mestre, is also nearby, offering plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions.
