• Please note that there is no lift in this building, we are on the 1st floor Check-in: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Check-out: by 10:30 AM The apartment has a separate reception area open from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM, address: Vicolo Balena 3D According to Italian law, all our guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in. According to Italian law, upon arrival, a city tax (€3.50 per person per night, for the first 5 nights) must be paid in cash to the City of Verona. The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); traffic restrictions apply. Please contact us in advance for more information. Paid parking is available at a different address upon request and subject to availability. Late check-in after 11:00 PM costs €35.00 and is subject to host availability. Check-in until 1:00 AM costs €15.00 per hour. Payment in cash upon arrival is required.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
