• A surcharge of 10 EUR applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00. It is not possible to check-in after midnight. All request for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. Please note that breakfast is served at a nearby location. When booking 2 or more apartments, please note that different conditions may apply. Guests who want to receive an invoice for their stay are requested to send their invoice details as soon as they have made the reservation. After 1.01.2020, it will not be possible to receive an invoice at a later date, before check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
