Please contact the property to request a lower floor room (these are subject to availability). Please note that there is a non-refundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Union Pay credit card. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest’s name on the booking confirmation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
