• Guests are required to confirm the Check-in time at least 48 hours before the arrival day. Any last-minute change of scheduling will incur a £200 penalty. A surcharge of NZD 150.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Reservations start at 3 pm with no exceptions and are non-transferrable within 48 hours before the arrival day. Any last-minute change of guest's name within 48 hours before the arrival day, will incur a £200 penalty. All Guests must ensure the Apartment Door Lock is fully locked and secured during the reservation as a House Rule.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
