• Pets are not allowed
• Check-in is strictly between 16:00 and 20:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated arrival time when booking. This can be noted in the comments box or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Late check in time can be accommodated on request. Please note that this is a self-catering apartment. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning materials are supplied. 2 parking spaces can be provided per apartment, but please note that only 1 is guaranteed and the 2nd is upon request and subject to availability. Please note, the property will not permit extra guests to be accommodated if it exceed the maximum occupancy already stated for each apartment. Neither American Express nor Diners Club cards are accepted for on-site payment. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this apartment (including children and babies) are 5 guests. In the unlikely event that the booked apartment cannot be supplied, the hotel will supply another apartment with the same facilities. Over Christmas and New Year period guests can enjoy a Christmas tree in all apartments. No late night parties (that go on after midnight, that will disturb other guests) are permitted. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave. Our Wi-Fi is a Mesh system and should supply you with excellent Wi-Fi. There is a newly re-furbished play park for small and older children just a few minutes walk away, with facilities for small children and a bike track and skateboard park for older children. We don't have the infrastructure or facilaties to charge any electric vehicals. There is however charging points in Broad street car park just around the corner. We have no facilaties for storing bikes indoors, It is just a couple of minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurantsPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
