• The Hotel facilities have a Roof Top for shared outdoor use on the second floor to enjoy your stay. You can't smoke and it's open from 9 in the morning until 9 at night. Use of individual Kayak in the hotel's Beach club (includes life jacket) or Bicycle for a time of 3 hours included in the rate, for each night paid. In case of exceeding the time, it will have an additional cost per hour. The Miax Xulha-Bacalar Beach Club is located 2.0 kilometers away from the Hotel, so it is necessary to travel by vehicle or pay the transfer service at an additional cost. The coffee break service (water, coffee and cookies) is offered in the Roof area from 09:00 to 11:00. Hotel and Beach Club Casa Mia Xulha -Bacalar also has tourist rental services for paddle boards, kayaks and sailboats at an additional cost. The information is provided at the reception.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
