• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Guests must inform the accommodation of their expected arrival time within reception hours, at least one hour in advance, it must be communicated exclusively through their booking reservation or SMS. Bicycles, snowboards, trailers, and scooters are not allowed at this property Please note that construction work is taking in through the building from the whole year of 2025 to 2026 and some rooms may be affected by the noise and dust. In 2025 we are renovating some rooms and common areas, so there may be some inconvenience or lack of services that do not affect the overnight stay. Some rooms may be affected by noise during the daytime. Visits or anyone who does not appear in the number of people in the reservation is strictly prohibited, non-compliance entails the loss of the deposit in addition to notifying the authority. The hot water is by means of an electric thermos, if it empties you have to wait for it to fill up again.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
