• The accommodation does not have a reception. We have an office at the establishment with customer service hours from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except holidays. Arrivals on weekends or holidays have a supplement of €40 to be paid upon arrival, as well as arrivals on weekdays after 8:00 p.m, may be autonomus. We will sen you indications to pick up your keys and locate your apartment. For this, it is mandatory to chave checked in online before arrival. Otherwise the welcome will be personalized and with a suplement of €40. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the establishment. You must check-in online providing your documentation trough the link that we will send you. We will receive you in a personalizaed way in the establishment. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
