• It is not allowed to change the configuration of the furniture arranged in the property. Everything presented on the property is for exclusive use on the property. It is not allowed to stay overnight people who do not belong to the reserve. In this property, the rules must be complied with respecting the rest of the other owners of this condominium, between 10:30 PM and 9:00 AM Check-in after hours, with extra cost, between 18:00 - 21:00 €25, from 21:00 - 24:00 €45 and from 00:00 €100 (payable in cash on delivery of the keys). Check-out until 10:00 AM, to stay (if possible) until 4:00 PM has a cost of €50. The customer will have to throw away the garbage. It is mandatory to report the damage to the person responsible on the same day. Any broken/damaged items must be reported immediately. Bookings from October to May, with stays of less than 7 days are charged This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. License number: 12688/AL A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. That's about 218.96CAD. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
