Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 200.00 EUR - collected via Cash on checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout
• The property has no reception. You can collect the keys by agreeing with the owner on the time of arrival at the property. From May 1 to September 30, the outdoor pool service is free. All requests to use the Spa are subject to confirmation by the establishment. Check prices. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Please inform Finca & SPA Vereda Real in advance of your expected arrival time. Please use the special requests box when booking or contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The property will contact you after booking with instructions. Noise is not allowed from 0 to 10 hours. A damage deposit of EUR 200 will be requested upon arrival (at the handover of the keys). It will be paid in cash. Refund will be given 5 days after check-out if you have booked all three houses and 1-3 days if you have booked one house. The deposit will be fully returned by bank transfer or Bizum once the condition of the accommodation has been verified.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
