• Please note that the place of residence is restricted to families only. Highlighting the marriage certificate required upon check in. You can use the special requests box during the booking process, or you can communicate directly with the place of residence by communicating information mentioned in the booking confirmation. Please note that guests will be required to pay a deposit guarantee worth USD 100 for emergency conditions upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refundable when you log off and will be subject to examination of the damage in the place of residence. Please note that guests might be asked to pay a deposit in advance by bank transfer to guarantee your booking. Place of residence will contact you after booking to notify you of any instructions for the bank transfer process.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
