• The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests who book it. It consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, utility room and 3 bedrooms (2 triples and 1 double) with 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. However, the number of bedrooms and related bathrooms actually made available varies depending on the number of guests for whom the reservation is made. Specifically: (a) 2-3 guests = 1 room (triple) with 1 bathroom; b) 4-6 guests = 2 rooms (triples) with 2 bathrooms; (c) 7-8 guests = 3 rooms (2 triples, 1 double) with 3 bathrooms. For any special requirements, it is necessary to contact the facility. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
