• Please note that late check-in after 23:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. * Please remember to take care of your belongings, we are not responsible for damage, loss or theft inside or outside the apartment. * We will also ask you to fill out the traveler's registration before your check in according to the Spanish tourist legislation of the Valencian Community, all guests who stay (adults / children) must complete it. We will send you a link or QR to fill out, it is automatic and very easy * IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY: - For stays equal to or less than 10 days it will be considered Tourist Accommodation - Tourism Contract (According to Decree Law 9/2024, August 2 and Law 15/2018, June 7. Of the GVA Council) - ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS OF MORE THAN "10 DAYS" The New Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, considers it a seasonal rental and it will be necessary to sign a seasonal lease contract, subject to the Urban Leasing Law (According to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art.3 and Royal Decree. 1312/2024, 23 December) IMPORTANT IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR RESERVATIONGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
