• Pets are not allowed
• Please note that check-in takes place from 16:00 onwards. Keys can be collected from the office from Monday to Friday, between 16:00 and 18:00. Outside these times or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, keys can be collected from the security boxes outside the office. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that electricity usage of more than EUR 5 per day will be charged an additional fee. The guest will assume this Charge. This fee is applicable on the following dates: - From January 1st to April 17th - From July 1st to August 31st - From November 1st to December 31st The house is located in the city center, so noises from construction, traffic, and commercial and leisure activities can be heard. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
