• Please note that the building has steep staircases. They are not suitable for those who have trouble walking. Check-in is between 17:00 and 17:30. A later or earlier check-in may be possible upon request at an additional fee. Please contact the accommodation for more information. Please note that guests are requested to contact the property 1 hour prior to arrival to inform the accommodation on their expected check-in time. Please note that visitors are not allowed (also not for 1 minute). Please note that partying is prohibited in this apartment. Please note that smoking or drugs is prohibited. Guests are not allowed to smoke or use drugs in the apartment, roof terrace, in the public spaces or in front of the door. If guests do have a party, smoke or use drugs in the prohibited zones an extra fee of EUR 500,00 will apply. Pets are not allowed. We expect the accommodation back after check-out in the same condition as you received it at check-in. For cleaning food and other personal mess, an additional minimum cleaning fee of EUR 100,00 will be calculated. The damage deposit needs to be received on the bank account of the property before the agreed check-in time. Also for last minute bookings. A proof of payment alone will not be accepted. If the deposit payment is not received on the property's bank account at the original time of check-in, the guest agrees that the reservation will be considered a non-refundable no-show. A fee of 19.95 per day will be charged for (normal) daily electricity and gas consumption (19 degrees Celsius) In case of higher gas consumption due to heating above 19 degrees an additional fee of 17.50 per day will be charged. Tourist tax and used mini bar products must been paid afterwards and is not included in the booking price. Please note that the Rooftop is not standard included. The rooftop is private and can be booked for an additional fee when possible. Minimum fee of the rooftop is EUR 55.00 pro day and must been payed before check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
